Use this form when you would like to apply for a credit limit increase or where Direct Margin Lending has requested an updated financial assessment from you.

New Fixed Loan Form (File size: 66 KB)
If you wish to fix your loan and prepay your interest complete and sign this form.

Refinance Authority (File size: 818 KB)
Download, complete and return this form with a completed Application Form to refinance your existing margin loan to Direct Margin Lending.

Update my details (File size: 96 KB)
Complete this form to add or amend the contact details or name of a borrower, third party security provider, or guarantor.

Drawdown Request (File size: 802 KB)
Use this form to arrange cash withdrawals from your Margin Lending facility.

Direct Debit/Direct Credit Request
Use this form to enable St.George Margin Lending to direct debit and/or direct credit your nominated bank account on request. Using this form, you can also request to direct debit your nominated bank account for monthly interest payments, a one-off debit, or regular debits.
